Emmett Kelly Museum is dedicated to the memory of Emmett Kelly Sr., who was born in Sedan. Kelly was an American circus performer, who created the clown, "Weary Willie," whose character was based on the hobos of the Depression era. The museum is located in the historic 1896 Opera House.
